Naturopathic consultation is detailed and comprehensive. You can discuss all your health concerns and health goals in a safe and non-judgemental environment. 
Physical examinations such as tongue analysis, blood pressure and pulse readings and other functional tests may be utilised to further assist in identifying the underlying causes of your any imbalances.

Herbal Medicine

This is one of the most ancient form of all of the healing arts. It can support to maintain optimal health,  bringing the body, mind and soul back to balanced state.
​It can be used in multiple ways; internally taken as tinctures, powders, capsules or teas, and topically applied as creams, balms, compresses, poultices, suppositories or herbal baths.
*All herbs are sustainably sourced and cared for with love.

Whole food Nutrition Education

Food is our medicine. What we eat builds our body and affects how we feel and think. Therefore, I may recommend a flexible healthy diet that you can easily incorporated into your busy life.   

Lifestyle Recommendation

Based on our consultation, I may suggest a mixture of lifestyle measures such as Yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), mindfulness practices, meditation, forest bathing, earthing, sunshine,  gardening, etc.
